There is no need to create a user login for this website. It is still under construction. We will notify you when the time comes to create a login for this site.

Now that you’ve registered your business, the following is general information about us and requirements we need to share with you to purchase at wholesale pricing and maintain an account.

All prices disclosed to you by any method are CONFIDENTIAL Wholesale for Business/Retailers ONLY. Our prices are not to be shared, posted or disclosed to any one by any method not approved by Signopoly, LLC. We do not share pricing on our regular public Signopoly Facebook page. Our Signopoly Retailers group is private and is not open to the general public.

We Do Not Stock any items. We custom cut every piece per order. Also if you see something or anything else online that you are interested in you can message us here to verify if we already have it or not, or for a custom order and wholesale pricing. Our pieces are drawn by us and belong to us they should never be copied or reproduced (sorry but this will get you terminated and removed from all access to our business and products).

We cut with 1/2” cabinet grade plywood not MDF. Our pieces come pre-sanded, one-side is primed and all are ready to paint or stain, however any piece can be purchased unsanded upon request at a discounted price. Other thicknesses and types of wood are available on certain items (indicated in the descriptions). We have many other retailers that will vouch for the quality of our products.

Invoices are due upon receipt. We require all payments up front just like most any other business you purchase items from upon ordering. Since we custom cut per order we do not issue refunds or accept cancellations after payment has been received. Once you pay we add you straight to the processing schedule beginning on the next business day after payment.

Please be sure to read ALL the notes, terms and conditions on the invoice BEFORE you pay. We want you to be completely satisfied particularly with shipping and processing when scheduling your classes.

We can’t guarantee processing days HOWEVER you can always message us for a more current time frame. We must do this because we custom cut orders and don’t know who or how many orders/pieces we may get with each paid order received. We do ask those that have deadlines (classes/events) to message us Before scheduling your event using our products for a more up to date time frame. We want to try to accommodate your request. A general rule of thumb for processing an order is approximately 7-10 business days or less depending on order sizes (not including shipping days which we cannot be responsible for once it’s out of our hands).

All balances plus any additional shipping costs must be Paid in Full BEFORE we can ship your order or as per any arrangement between you and us. If any unpaid amounts are not received, your order(s) will expire and delete and you will have to re-request your items, starting over in line and prior prices are not guaranteed as wood costs fluctuate, prices are subject to change without notice. We currently bill only by PayPal. We will create you an invoice and email it to you. Every order you place may be different. Your invoice will include an estimated shipping and handling cost based on your original order invoiced dollar amount, weight and size of box, OR an estimate from the shipper if the order is/has large and or heavier items before discounts. We do not know the exact sizes of boxes, weight and costs of shipping of Your package until it is packed and ready for shipment. After we pack and calculate these costs, any additional amount due at time to ship will be billed to you. We only invoice additional cost if it’s more than 20% of what you’ve already paid.

Custom designs pricing is hourly and based on time spent and the details involved of the request. A non-refundable one-time fee is required up-front to begin that will be applied to your order if you choose make a purchase. You may cancel at anytime during the design process however, All hours spent working with you up to that point and on your design request is still billable and due even if you choose not to continue or order. Rates are hourly and determined by the requested job. All requests once drawn are owned by Signopoly, LLC. to use in advertising or to sell if we decide to add it to our current inventory of items. Personalized business graphics and logos are not sold as individual designs to others however, we may use them for ads as samples of work we can do with or without permission at any time.
